This is a nice dispenser. The only problem I had was that part of the stand was missing and to get those parts, they insisted they had to send me a whole new dispenser. At first one of their people, a rude man, told me I had to ship the entire thing back to them. But the next business day I talked to a nice person and she told me I only had to send them the serial number sticker from the machine and a piece of the cord. I talked to several people, it took a month to find out they didn't have the individual parts. I think the girls I talked to sent an order for the parts, and they didn't have them so I got dropped. So, if you have a problem with the machine, keep nagging them, until you have what you need. One more caveat is an item that came with both machines. a funny looking gadget that doesn't seem to go anywhere and doesn't seem to do anything. I can't find out what it is. I'm going to call tech support and see if they can tell me when I have more time. Meanwhile the machine is working good and saving me money.
