Customer Review: It is what it is -- and that's not bad

Like others say, the packaging is totally incompetent. The unit got to me well dented, but works fine. This appears to be a general Amazon problem, as every oversized item I've ordered here has been beat up in transit.
That said, the unit works fine. I've owned other brands of the equivalent product and this seems about the same. The price is right, so it's a good deal.
